Abstract

This text intends to reflect and propose interdisciplinary possibilities articulating the study of the neighborhood and socio-environmental issues in the early years, especially those experienced by students in their daily lives, involving children by problematizing the reality in which they are inserted in order to interpret, understand and if possible transform the place and the world.. With this, is necessary to approach such issues and rethink them, once the school is place of knowledge and experimentation, and also of discussion and learning. For this, is presented a proposition about the study of the neighborhood and the socioenvironmental issues in a interdisciplinary perspective relating to Geography, History and Literature. Methodologically, considers the analysis of the public policies that refer the theme of socioenvironmental issues, towards the reflection on how to address and teach the prescriptions, the current document that directs the scholar system of Brazil, in a approach that allows students to think about socioenvironmental issues from their own experiences and reality.
