Buenas prácticas editoriales en igualdad de género

The journal REIDICS is committed to gender policies that promote real equality between women and men in our society through the following actions:

• Editorial Participation. This journal aims to achieve a balance in the percentage of women and men who make up the Editorial Team, as well as those who review articles.
• Inclusive Language. The use of inclusive language in scientific articles is recommended. For this purpose, authors are encouraged to consult the Guide for Non-Sexist Language prepared by the University of Granada (PDF).
• Sex and Gender in Research. Authors will be required to report whether the research data takes sex into account, in order to identify potential differences. The article must also include the full names of all authors of the published works. It is recommended to consult the Practical Guide for the Inclusion of a Gender Perspective in Research Content (PDF) in this regard.
